All vehicle information displayed on MotoRadar — including price, mileage, specifications, condition, and photos — is provided by the listing dealership via inventory data feeds. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate data but do not independently verify every data point on every listing.
If you notice an error in a listing (such as incorrect mileage, price, or condition), please contact us at dealers@motoradarapp.com so we can notify the dealership. We are not liable for inaccuracies in dealer-provided data.
All prices displayed on MotoRadar are sourced from dealership inventory feeds and third-party data providers. Prices are subject to change without notice and may not reflect additional fees, taxes, title, registration, or destination charges.
MotoRadar does not set, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any displayed price. The final price you pay for any vehicle will be determined solely between you and the dealership.
When you submit an inquiry through a MotoRadar contact form, you are requesting that MotoRadar transmit your contact information to the listing dealership. By submitting the form, you consent to:
MotoRadar is not responsible for how a dealership uses your contact information once it has been transmitted. Each dealership is independently responsible for their own outreach and data handling practices.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of MotoRadar is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. This is a limitation of liability, not a limitation of consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
MotoRadar is not a licensed vehicle dealer, broker, or financial institution. The platform does not buy, sell, finance, or broker vehicles. Any arrangement for the purchase, sale, trade-in, or financing of a vehicle is made directly between you and the dealership, subject to their own terms and applicable state and federal law.
We strive to keep MotoRadar available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

The MotoRadar name, logo, deal scoring methodology, and platform design are owned by Polsia Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MotoRadar and Polsia Inc. from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or any transaction you enter into with a dealership contacted through MotoRadar.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute arising from your use of MotoRadar shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
