When you submit an inquiry through the MotoRadar contact form, we collect the following information:

We also collect standard technical data automatically when you visit MotoRadar, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This data is used solely for platform analytics and is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for three purposes only:

  1. Routing your inquiry to the dealership. Your name, phone, email, message, and listing context are transmitted to the dealership that listed the vehicle you inquired about. This is the core function of the platform.
  2. Platform operations. Technical data and behavioral analytics are used to understand how MotoRadar is used, to detect errors, and to improve the service.
  3. Legal compliance. We may retain or disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, court orders, or governmental authority requests.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, including advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

The only exception is sharing your inquiry data with the specific dealership associated with the listing you contacted. That dealership is responsible for their own use and retention of your information under their own privacy policy.

We may share aggregate, anonymized data with third-party analytics partners. This data cannot be used to identify you.

4. Data Retention

Inquiry data (name, email, phone, message, listing context) is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, or until the associated dealership removes the listing, whichever comes first. You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time by contacting us at privacy@motoradarapp.com.

Technical analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in aggregated, non-personally-identifiable form.

5. Cookies and Tracking
